The backpackers travel insurance - a policy aimed at under 40 years old backpackers on a tight budget but looking for a comprehensive travel insurance policy without the frills.

Summary of the Product:

- The Globetrekkers Standard travel insurance policy gives you the essential cover and the Globetrekkers Standard Plus travel insurance gives you the added bonus of Baggage cover, money etc.
- cover for many pre-existing medical conditions are included, others may require you to make a quick telephone call to ensure that you will be insured in the event of a re-occurrence, or in case it causes you to cancel a pre-booked holiday
- durations of up to 15 months are available and these can usually be extended, up to a maximum of 18 months
- choose from either Worldwide backpacking travel or Europe, Australia & New Zealand only
- most hazardous activities are covered as standard and higher risk activities can often be included for an extra charge
- a 24 hour multi-lingual emergency assistance.

Globetrekkers Standard travel insurance is available to people who are living in UK or other EU Countries.
