Option 1 - Leave your details of a potential Claim on the automated system which will generate a Claim form sent out to your address supplied. Option 2 – Puts you through to the Claims Handlers direct for submitting details of a potential Claim or help and advice on filling on your Claim Form. Upon receipt of the completed Claim form Claims Settlement Agencies will issue an acknowledgment your potential Claim within 5 – 7 days, (maybe a little long if you live outside the UK) supplying you with a Claim number and if any further details are required to Fully Settle your Claim. You should expect full settlement of your Claim within 3 – 4 weeks after receipt to Claims Settlement Agencies Claims Department.
