Iconic Italy is another location that sees holidaymakers flocking from all over the globe. Hugely popular through the summer, it is now fast-becoming a winter holiday hot spot, especially during Christmas. Celebrities Kim K and Kanye West, love it so much that they chose to get married there.
If you’re a fan of Game of Thrones then Dubrovnik is the place to go. The city of Dubrovnik serves as the fictional capital of Westeros – Kings Landing. The historic city offers stunning architecture, fun night life, fine dining, and amazing beach resorts. Numerous celebrities are said to be huge fans of the city, with many choosing to spend Christmas there, including Tom Cruise, Michael Douglas, Richard Gere, and the late, great Sir Roger Moore. Hilary Clinton and former president Bill Clinton also adore Dubrovnik, and who wouldn’t?

Croatia is so special that we are sticking with it for a while, as next on our list is Hvar.
