How to make a claim

If you have not travelled yet, or have returned from your trip and need to make a claim, you must contact the relevant Claims Service below (RIGHTPATH for Travel Insurance, or CLAIMS SETTLEMENT AGENCIES for Car Hire Excess Waiver, Collision Damage Waiver Insurance). You can contact them by phone, email, or register your claim online using the relevant contact details below.

You can also access Frequently Asked Question (FAQ) relevant to your claim and the process in general. The Claims Service is available between 9am and 5pm GMT Monday to Friday (excluding Public holidays).

Emergency medical assistance

(Travel Insurance Policies only)

If you have a Globelink Travel Insurance Policy and are currently travelling and need Emergency Medical Treatment or Assistance, you should contact our 24 hour Emergency Assistance Service immediately on +44 (0)1273 624 661 or via email - operations@maydayassistance.com (Please do not use for casual enquiries). Contact the Assistance Service if you need hospital treatment, or for other emergencies, like changing travel arrangements to return home because a close relative has become seriously ill.

Due to essential maintenance work, we have temporarily suspended selling new policies from 10th August for approx. 10 days.

NEW POLICIES: If your trip hasn’t started, you can buy alternative Travel Insurance from our affiliate partners by CLICKING HERE for transfer to their website.

AMENDING EXISTING POLICIES: Extend your SINGLE TRIP POLICY by contacting us BEFORE your policy expires so you have continual cover.

EXISTING POLICIES: You can AMEND an existing policy by contacting us. Otherwise you don’t need to take any action. Your policy remains valid and in place until it’s expiry date.
