It is strange. Whenever people hear about seasonal work opportunities, they are usually negative about it. Stranger still, a lot of students ask for money to spend holidays on a ski resort instead of being occupied with their favourite activities and earning money.
Skiing or snowboarding jobs are a great opportunity to get new life experience, spend a few months in a new atmosphere and, finally, get paid for what you can do and love to do. Do you know any other jobs that allow anything like that? Season workers are often needed in all ski resorts, so why don’t you combine travelling and work?
Do not forget to purchase a travel insurance policy for your trip or gap year. Of course, you might try to find a job when you get to the destination place, but it is better to settle all details before you set off.
We have temporarily stopped selling new policies while we implement important changes to secure continued Covid-19 medical cover for customers, both before and after Brexit.
